Withdrawal declaration
Through this form you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order, electronically and with one click. Please fill in the fields below accurately.
Before completing the form, please review your rights and terms on the Right of Withdrawal page.
Important information:
- The withdrawal deadline is 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.
- Once you submit the declaration, you will automatically receive a confirmation email — this constitutes your proof.
- We will refund your money within 14 calendar days of receiving the declaration, using the same means of payment as the original transaction, provided we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of shipment.
- The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Can’t find your order details?
If you don’t remember your order number, you can find it:
- In the order confirmation email you received.
- On the “My orders” page, if you are logged in.
- By contacting us at store@uoa.gr.
