Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Customers have the option to return or exchange products for any reason, with the obligation to inform the company immediately:

• The return or exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, with packaging unchanged and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
• In case of return due to delay, damage or defective product, the cost of return is borne by the company. In all other cases, the cost of return is borne by the customer.
• For hygiene reasons, returns of clothing items are not accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable Greek consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994, harmonised with EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right:

• Contact our customer service department at (+30) 210-3688199 or by email at store@uoa.gr, providing your order number.
• You will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
• After receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 working days via the original payment method.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, the right of withdrawal may be limited.
