Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Customers have the option to return or exchange products for any reason, with the obligation to inform the company immediately:

  • The return or exchange must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with packaging unchanged and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
  • In case of return due to delay, damage or defective product, the cost of return is borne by the company. In all other cases, the cost of return is borne by the customer.
  • Exceptions: Not returnable: sealed underwear items once unsealed, personalised products, digital content after download has begun, sealed recordings once unsealed. See detailed exceptions.

Right of Withdrawal

New (June 2026): In compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you can now exercise your right of withdrawal electronically, with one click via the “Withdraw” button.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order, without stating any reason (Greek Law 2251/1994 as amended, harmonised with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

The right may be exercised in one of the following ways:

  • Electronically, via the “Withdraw” button in the footer of every page, on the “My Account” page or on the page at store.uoa.gr/en/withdrawal. You receive an automatic acknowledgment email.
  • By written statement to store@uoa.gr, by phone at (+30) 210-3688199, or by post, quoting your order number.

Refund is issued within 14 calendar days from submission of the declaration, using the original payment method, provided we have received the products back or you have provided evidence of shipment.

Direct cost of return is at your expense. You are liable for any diminished value if this results from handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
